You simply have to Inform us and let us know your choice of replacement or exchange. All exchanges/returns must have the original tags attached. Items, worn, washed products will not be returned or exchanged. Items with fur/ feather require extra care. Any loss of fur/ feather due to handling will not be accepted as manufacturing defect. On receiving the merchandise, please examine the colors, style and size first. Return is an easy 3-step process:

Step 1 - Let us know that you want to return the item

Simply Watsapp us at +91 7975 424 368 with your order ID and Items You would want to Return. Please include the reason for your return and photograph of the defect, if any. Our customer care expert will analyze the defects and follow up with the instructions on how to return the item. Note: Please contact us within 3 days of receipt of the goods at your end.

Step 2 - Reverse Pickup (Arranged by TheLingerieHut.Com)

Use the original (or similar) box to pack the item. Use the shipping address provided to you by the customer care expert and Handover the goods to assigned shipping partner.

Step 3 - Processing

Once we receive your returned item, we will process your exchange / refund within 7-10 working days. Remember, our customer care specialists are always available to answer your questions on the merchandise and assist you with returns. Important Note: Returns will only be against manufacturing defects. 

TheLingerieHut.Com reserves the final right to accept or reject the return request. At all stages product is packed in discreet packing and no product details like name of product etc. are known to shipping partner.

 

What are the items/services that cannot be returned or exchanged?

  1. For reasons including hygiene, we do not accept return of body stockings, babydoll, briefs, panties, or shape wear panties, or an opened box of a multi-piece set that includes panties.
  2. Cash cannot be claimed against gift cards and gift wraps.
  3. No item that has been sold as part of a multipack can be returned as an individual item.
  4. Certain sale events or offers will not covered under our standard return/exchange policies. Their terms will be defined and mentioned separately.
  5. Once we receive a returned parcel, we reserve the right to refuse the return of items that show visible signs of having been worn, washed or soiled or are incomplete.
  6. The gift items received by you cannot be exchanged.
